The traditional manner is thinking about getting customers, but you also have to market and sell to find people. It’s the same skill set.
It’s either a dollar problem or a human problem, haha.
“Inspire young people. Be the person that’s always recruiting. The work is out there, there’s a neverending amount of things to clean. But, what we hear most is that I can’t find good people to work for me. Be that person that inspires young people coming up. Learn to recruit millennials and know how to motivate and coach them and you’ll take your business to levels you can’t imagine!” – Chris Phillips
