Episode 146: The Exact Reason Most People Get Stuck

If you have a small company, it can feel totally overwhelming.

Today Brandon and I go over the top three mistakes we have each made in business.

There isn’t a magical unicorn fairy button, to get from Point A to Point B, it does take time.
Today’s podcast will show you the path.

You can’t turn a blind eye and only check in when something is drastically wrong. – Brandon Vaughn

Most small business owners get stuck, and I can tell you right now, it’s because they are focusing and working on the wrong thing. There are certain TOP priorities to focus on when you are in certain stages of business.
Here’s the key to growing fast when you are in Stage 1 or 2.
WORK A TON OF HOURS and only work on BOG marketing, Networking, etc.

Use yourself to create the momentum!

Don’t spend a bunch of money and do crazy things.

It’s not about being a perfectionist.

It all starts when you have employees show up every day. Then you can start stepping back over the next month or so, till they are professional and competent.
Once you are in stage 3 and have some full-time techs, a full-time office manager, then you can start cracking your knuckles and creating real sales systems.
