Welcome to Day Four of Executive Mindset!

Great leaders build great teams and business is really the ultimate team sport.  Your job is to lead and inspire and recruit the right people to be on your team.  Remember that you should behave as the coach, not the quarterback. Great business leaders invest in people EVERY day.  They don’t “shoot from the hip” in this area and they are strategic about how its done.  Investing in a new piece of equipment is nothing when compared to properly investing in your team.  The ROI you will get by being consistent and intentional in this area is almost immeasurable. You are the person in your business that everyone is looking at.  You are the one people watch.  You are an influencer and being a great leader in your business requires that you understand that you need to lead by example and every little things matters. Anyone can win but not everyone will.  Why?  It’s a combination of mindset and GRIT.  Ask yourself this question:  “Are you relentless?  Do you want to win so bad that your stomach hurts?”  If the answer is yes than you have what it takes as long as you operate with the correct mindset. I am super excited to unpack this 5 day series and share with you what I have learned over the years through pain and suffering.
