Fire Your Bad Customers

We all have been there. It feels like your banging your head against the wall trying to do business with some people. What should we do? I know it is common teaching that the customer is always right but where do we draw the line?  I believe it is a healthy and empowering thing to stand up and say “NO MORE” every once in a while to the customers who are the perpetual thorn in our side. Join me as I discuss this concept briefly and share the story of when my team actually called and “fired” a couple dozen of our worst customers. Remember that you are still in control of your business!  You have the power to build the life you want and serve the types of customers that you actually want to serve. Sometimes letting go is really setting yourself free.  Don’t sacrifice the end goals of your business and your physical or mental health on the “alter” of short term revenue derived from negative and miserable customers.
