I LOVE My Australian Friends,

When I think of Australia, I think of Crocodile Dundee, Kangaroos and of course Lisa Macqueen!

Lisa is a highly accomplished business woman and coach and today she shares her Top 3-Tips to CRUSH 2017.

She is a lot of fun to talk and listen to and thats why she was explosively popular the last time I interviewed her.

She even won the Infusionsoft Small Business ICON Award for her business even though thousands of other businesses were entered to win (learn about that HERE)

Backstory

Lisa’s husbands Hammish started a cleaning business many years back.  After over a decade of slower but respectable growth Her husbands cleaning business was stuck.

The business started to top off around the $700,000 mark after about 13 years but thats when Lisa was called in to save the day.

With a heavy focus on marketing, financial and business systems Lisa saved the day big time!

Within only 14 MONTHS they were doing $3,200,000…..  I’ll wait while that sinks in.  14 months.

The power of small adjustments

Their family business is now doing around $5,000,000 in annual revenue which leads me to an important question…..  How powerful is it when using the correct systems?
