Success, Failure and Finding Your Why

I’ve invited Chris Martinez on the podcast today to offer up some powerful life lessons on the topics of success, failure, and the importance of finding the 'why' behind your business.

I’ve invited Chris Martinez on the podcast today to offer up some powerful life lessons on the topics of success, failure, and the importance of finding the ‘why’ behind your business. Chris’ journey hasn’t been an easy one. His parents were addicted to drugs, and Chris was put in foster care at an early age. After bouncing from home to home, and landing in prison, Chris became determined to change his life for the better.

Today, Chris owns and operates a very successful window cleaning business. He has continued to set and achieve goals that drive his business further while remaining humble. Chris shares with me his ‘why’ and how his definition of success has evolved since he started his business three years ago.

If you are feeling discouraged by your circumstances, I hope this episode with Chris will encourage you to take the steps necessary to change those circumstances!

What’s Talked About

  • The big problem most entrepreneurs face – failure to execute
  • Chris’ troubled background
  • Balancing business success with family time
  • Chris’ definition of success
  • Chris and his business today

    Thank you Josh,

Good stuff. Lots a good value in this podcast. I left the corporate world and put the squeegee on the glass 7 years ago. Hitting 400k this year and growing fast. Always appreciate the perspective and encouragement.
