Employee issues are one of the toughest parts of owning a business. I personally understand all of the struggles and time that can be wasted when an employee doesn’t show up, comes in late etc. Also, one of the hardest parts of your job is to make quality hires in the first place.
Posting on a job board like Craigslist can be super frustrating, especially when 50% or more of the candidates don’t even show up for the job interview. We have no shortage of bad workers in America.
The good news is that there are plenty of diamonds in the rough and many of them need you to help polish them up. Part of our job as the CEO of our companies is to make sure that our customers are well taken care of and served at a high level.
