Jonathan Pototschnik is a master of systems and the Founder and CEO of both CitiTurf and Service Autopilot! Jonathan started mowing lawns at age 14 and after an extended hiatus got back in the lawn care business in 2004. CitiTurf is a lawn maintenance company that has over 6,000 full service residential and commercial clients. With Service Autopilot, Jonathan and his team coach business owners on how to build fast-growing companies that can run without their daily involvement. In this interview, we discuss what stops many small business owners from growing their companies past a certain point. Access to knowledge isn't usually a roadblock in this day and age so why do so many smart, capable business owners find themselves stuck?
