Let’s talk about The Custom LifeCycle. This is something I used in my previous business to blow my customer’s minds and over deliver with perceived value.
You have to build systems, understand the lifetime value of customers and make sure each employee you have delivers these things to perfection, every. single. time.
You should start with a mind map, which helps organize the disorganized. It’s the first step in getting your systems on paper. Then you can organize it and put it into a more logical way. This will help you visualize all the opportunities to over-deliver to your customers.

Body language is a huge factor in talking to people. So, when you’re talking on the phone instead of in person, make sure you use inflection in your voice to make sure this is noticeable.
Each touch and time you over deliver helps show your potential customer that you are not an apple. When they get quotes from multiple places and yours is 60% higher, they won’t’ even bat an eye, because it’s not an apples-to-apples comparison. You are the banana amongst all the apples.
