How do I add lots of value without sacrificing profit?
I personally don’t see value as losing profit. Adding value to your customers is free!
It’s as easy as the phone script you use, your customer lifecycle document, how your service the job, answering your phone, how you follow up, etc!
It’s all super easy stuff, it’s just that no one does these things!
Identify the little opportunities to blow their minds! It should be well thought out and will increase your average ticket.
Firing an employee is not fun, but it shouldn’t really be a surprise most of the time. You should have systems and expectations in place that you need to execute on.
If you do this correctly, it doesn’t have to be mean, but it needs to be there. The expectation should be consistent and clear and if they don’t follow through they get written up and eventually let go if it keeps happening.
